Circuit Design and Automation Laboratory (AutoCircuit)

My major research interests include designs and automatic generations of high-performance (extreme) circuits and systems, both in analog and digital domains.
1. High-speed circuits
design analog and digital circuits pushing the speed limits of technology.
2. Massively-integrated circuits and systems
implement giga-scale systems to boost the data processing capabilities of SOTA SoCs.
3. Circuit design automatio
automate the design process of integrated circuits and enhance the design productivity.
