We embark on a chapter with the WeDD-Lab (We Design Devices Lab)—a name that encapsulates our mission of designing, developing, and demonstrating next-generation semiconductor devices. Our research spans emerging transistor architectures, including Gaussian-Sigmoid Reinforcement Transistors (GS-RTs), N-shape transistors, and ambipolar transistors, leveraging cutting-edge materials such as oxide semiconductors and two-dimensional (2D) materials. We are dedicated to exploring novel device applications in random number generators (RNGs), neuromorphic computing, and beyond, with a strong emphasis on both semiconductor processing and thin-film engineering. By pushing the boundaries of device physics and integration, our goal is to bridge fundamental research with real-world applications, contributing to advancements in semiconductor and circuit technology. Through interdisciplinary collaboration and industry partnerships, WeDD-Lab is committed to shaping the future of electronic devices while fostering the growth and success of our research team.
